Spaghetti with Shrimp and fresh Clams

300g of fresh or dry spaghetti |

1½ cup of cherry tomatoes |
16 big shrimps, raw with shell |
20 fresh clams |
½ cup of water |
½ cup of white wine |
4 garlic cloves |
1 tablespoon of tomato paste |
1 tablespoon of homemade or commercial basil pesto |
1 fresh parsley bouquet |
Fresh red hot peppers, to taste |
Dry red hot peppers, to taste |
Extra virgin olive oil |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Preparation
Remove shrimp from their shell. Keep the shells. Smash 2 garlic cloves. In a pan on medium heat, add tomato paste, garlic and fresh whole hot peppers to taste. Add olive oil. Add shrimp shells. Cook 1 minute. Add ½ cup of white wine. Add ½ cup of water. Simmer (low heat), for 20 minutes. Put the shrimps on an absorbent paper. Dry well. Set aside. Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2. In a big pan add some olive oil set heat to medium. Add clams. Add one minced garlic clove. Mix well. Cover. Cook until clamshell opens up, time depends on the size of the clams, from 3 to 10 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes. Cook 1 minute. Add shrimp. Filter and add shrimp broth. Add basil pesto. Add fresh minced parsley. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Cover and cook on low heat. In the meantime, bring a big pot of water to boil. When water boiling, add salt. Add pasta and cook for about 4 minutes or until "al dente". Minced 2 garlic cloves with fresh parsley and one fresh red hot pepper. In a pan, heat about ¼ cup of olive oil over medium heat with fresh parsley-garlic-hot pepper mixture. Cook one minute. Add the pasta. Mix well. Serve in a large bowl or in individual portions. Add the clams and shrimp preparation, fresh parsley.
